Indications:
Lincomycin Hydrochloride is used for the treatment of sensitive Grampositive bacteria.
Used especially for treating infectious diseases that are resistant to penicillin and sensitive to this product.
Such as swine dysentery, enzootic pneumonia, arthritis, swine erysipelas, red, yellow and white scour of piglets.
In addition, it has antipyretic effects in pigs.
Lincomycin is a bacteriostatic narrow spectrum antibiotic of the lincosamide group,that is used in infections
caused by anaerobic bacteria and by sensitive Gram positive aerobic bacteria,especially
staphylococcus spp and streptococcus spp. Lincomycin is used in the treatment of osteomyelitis because of
its excellent penetration into bone tissues
Dosage and Administration :
Deep intramuscular injection, intravenous infusion or oral administration.
For cattle, horse, 0.05-0.1ml/kg body weight
For pigs, sheep, deer, horse, calf 0.1-0.15ml/kg body weight, once each day, 2-3 days for a course.
Withdrawl Time :
Pig 2 days
